New Look for the Nationals

Recently, the Washington Nationals revealed a new look to their uniforms. Right off of the bat, my favorite is the dark blue jersey with the D.C. logo with the stars and stripes. The organization did a good job putting that one together.

As for the away (grey) jersey, I like the cursive writing of Washington and the angle at which it sits on the jersey, however, it doesn't go very well with the block style numbering. Take a look and see for yourself.

And the O's bring back "Baltimore" tomorrow

I dunno, I just like this whole fucking situation with both city names on the jerseys….

WE GOT BALTIMORE OVER HERE

AND WE GOT DC OVER THERE

Yeah, the interlocking DC actually looks better with the stars and stripes. It’s hard to say that, because most teams put on some really ugly hats on the 4th of July.

But I think that Washington needs to ditch the gold accents. They need to focus on the red, first and foremost. Then they need to throw in some blue somewhere. AFTER that, you can talk about gold…
