  • Yaaaaaaay!  Mike MacDougal (+0.206) comes in to throw four pitches and get the game-winning ground out.

I'm going to sit in my car and listen on XM...

Vivian Jaffe: "Have you ever transcended space and time?"
Albert Markovski: "Yes. No. Uh, time, not space... No, I don't know what you're talking about."

Man, I can't wait for Fox's contract to end in 2013.....maybe MLB can figure out how to please all the fans, then...

I love how the late-inning signs of life for Atlanta are represented...All Hail the Doogle for ending it...

(whispers) After Riggles stretched Clippard too far…

Vivian Jaffe: "Have you ever transcended space and time?"
Albert Markovski: "Yes. No. Uh, time, not space... No, I don't know what you're talking about."

    heh

I like how we all looked at each other [virtually] when Clip came back out for the 9th!

    Go Nats! Streak!

Way to end the season. Looking forward to seeing Det pitch…he’s a future champ. lets end this season with a decent performance.

Padilla walked into the Nats' clubhouse for the first time and said, "My God. I'm in heaven."

Taking this one from the Braves takes all the pressure off (no sweep...) .....

And the Braves can wallow in their misery without any what-iffing and if-onlies……

(sorry Braves fans, but you did have a good run and overtook the Fish…)

    Another win!

Guess I have another condensed game to watch. Good to see the Nats finishing the season winning a few.

Tommy Hanson's performance alone is worth a watch...he was dominant...

    heh

I would have pulled him after 2!

Glad they have Riggles and not me as manyjer!

Apparently Doodle has a dodgy leg…so they stuck with Clip. This team has more bangs than a 1957 Dodge!

Padilla walked into the Nats' clubhouse for the first time and said, "My God. I'm in heaven."

Just reading about Clip and Doodle.....and lo and behold, a Riggle quote that goes with my recent comments on his "managing by curiosity"....

On leaving Clippard in….*I told Steve [McCatty], ’Let’s see what develops here.’ … *

    Aiiiiieeeeeeeeeee!!!!!
