Looks like Capps is down to the Nats or Cubs and will decide tomorrow. It looks like we have the upper hand b/c we can offer a multi year deal and Capps prefers to close rather than set up!
Ken Rosenthal of FOX Sports guesses that Capps will choose the Nationals. Rosenthal hears that the Nats fear the Cubs will offer more money and suggests that Washington could offer a multi-year deal.
Capps will decide between the Cubs and Nationals tomorrow night, according to MLB.com's Bill Ladson. Capps is choosing between closing for the Nats and setting up for the Cubs, according to Jerry Crasnick of ESPN.com.
