SI.com reports Alex Rodriguez tested positive for steroids in 2003.
"E", I'm sorry to stain your blog with this, but seeing as how this topic is (unfortunately) going to be the topic de jure from now through the rest of the baseball season, I thought I might as well get it started.
If anyone is shocked or surprised by this, they shouldn't be. Once again the great game that is baseball has another black eye. For all of those pundits who couldn't wait for A-Rod to break the HR record so that baseball wouldn't have to deal with the Barry Bonds legacy, I have one word to say: "Asterisk."

I'm glad you did, cause it's big news I have no interest in...
…I don’t like A-Rod (-Fraud, -Roids)…and I really can’t stand the fact that this crap is going to take over all the news just when a new season’s starting…
…and because I actually thought I might be able to cheer A-Rod (-Fraud, -Roids), if he came close the HR record, now it’ll be just as bad…
