Spring Training Day One in the Books

For a full run down of Nats News Network Day One at spring training, please click the link.

Not sure ultimately what the best format to bring you my news and views from spring training, but for day one this will have to suffice.

Quick hits:

1)  Ballester looked good, then bad.

2)  Absolutely no offense against minor league pitchers, Fernando Rodney and rehabbing Scott Williamson notwithstanding.

3)  Milledge got thrown out trying toadvance from second on a shallow ball fly ball.  Marquis???

4)  My pale legs needed more sunscreen.
