The Nationals have made a number of moves in the international market, although they aren't releasing any names just yet.

The Nationals have now signed their 2-5 draft picks!

The starting lineup for today:

Morgan - 8
Johnson - 3
Zimmerman - 5
Dunn - 7
Willingham - 9
Guzman - 6
Hernandez - 4
Nieves - 2
Lannan - 1

Nats320 suggests that the problem the Nats are having is plate discipline.

J.D. Martin, playing for class AAA Syracuse, was voted to the International League All-Star team.

Manny Ramirez returned from his suspension, and went 0-3 with a walk.

Roger Clemens did not test positive for performance enhancing drugs in 2003.

Shin-Soo Choo homered twice and drove in a career high 7 runs last night. For those counting, the MLB record for RBIs in a game is 12, a mark attained by Jim Bottomley and Mark Whiten.

An auction of letters written to Harry Wright, who organized the nation's first professional baseball team, was stopped amid fears that the letters were stolen property.
