Game 131: Losing by one run still stinks
via fangraphs.com
It was Pete Orr (-0.215) swinging the FAILhammer hardest today, with a critical bases-loaded fly out late in the game (-0.176). In contrast, Albert Pujols' (+0.295) parade of dinkerz were the win sauce in an otherwise well-pitched match. Elijah Dukes (+0.167) was on base constantly, but it wasn't enough against Cards pitchers who allowed only four hits (+0.599 among the starter and 3 relievers).

I concur...
The Cardinals are a difficult team to play against. Looking at the boxscores and recaps, the Nationals held their own well against them.
Now go out there and beat up on the Padres!
