Game 112: TWO sweeps?!
- Yaaaay! Adam Dunn jacks a two-run bomb to get the lead for good (+0.180)
- Her0(s): J.D. Martin (+0.167), Jason Bergmann (+0.160)
- H0n0rable Menti0n: DCMD (+0.117)
Great pitching, great defense, and runs, runs, runs. Got ahead, stayed ahead. Love how quick Riggles was giving Clippard the hook when he didn't have his stuff today.

Managing the 'pen is 100% under Mr. Riggleman.........
I feel I can trust that when a pitcher (like Martin today) is left in, it’s because he still has it, and not because they want to get him the win. Conversely, quick hooks for the ineffective rather than arbitrarily leaving them in because it’s their inning.

Dunn mentioned he didn’t like that nickname during a discussion of “gentleman’s names” that Morgan (Tony Plush) was coming up with for the players. It’s a Fed Baseball derivative of “Don’t Call Me Ryan” (DCMR) for Jordan Zimmermann, which came from a Spring Training article on another blog…
