No, because they got an out.
You can’t assume a double play is routine for scoring, so if you screw up but still get an out, it’s not an error. If Guz had stopped and taken home on the wide throw, it would have been an error, but he was doing all the way, so no error on the run, either.

Orr says he screwed up and misread a sign…on the fouled off bunt. Missed signs SUCK. Glad it worked out.
