Can you believe this thrill ride of game?  A whole season of excitement packed into the last three innings!  Ryan Zimmerman (+0.266) breaks up a no-hitter with a game-tying, three-run bomb (+0.358), Adam Dunn (+0.120) gets a spectacular line-out DP (+0.250) to end an inning, Justin Maxwell (+0.192) showed some ballsy baserunning to get in position to win the game, and Pete Orr (+0.174) is teh clutch.  Thank goodness Riggleman kept his bat in the lineup.  Particular props to Saul Rivera (+0.356) for coming in bases-loaded in the ninth and getting the last two outs to keep it tied.

I heard the Nats won...

during the scoreboard roundup on the Cubs radio broadcast (TV volume turned down so I can hear the radio broadcast). Nice going! Should have listened to the Nats game. Sounded exciting and the Nats won. The Cubs, on the other hand, were not having a good night.

Best GameThread in a while, I recommend a quick scan...Do you miss Bradley yet? Of course not...

Better luck for both teams next year…

Dukes has a team-high 12 outfield assists.

Orr was 2 for 13 as a pinch hitter……… Riggler knew keeping that bat in the lineup would pay off!!!

This one has my vote as most-ridiculous graph yet!!! The second half of that is just a thrill-ride!!!

Glad I just watched in the other room while the DVR was doing its thing.

BTW…the Al Bundy show was pretty funny.

I called it in the 4th!

Although I said Zim would win it with a grand slam and break up the no-no…heh

Padilla walked into the Nats' clubhouse for the first time and said, "My God. I'm in heaven."
