Washington Nationals Make Six More Cuts Today
The Washington Nationals made six more cuts today.
Five players were reassigned to the minor league camp: RHPs Juan Jaime, Ryan Mattheus and Collin Balester and LHPs Aaron Thompson, Atahualpa Severino, .
Veteran reliever Ron Villone was released.
These cuts reduce the spring training roster even further as the battle for playing time continues.
