So, I was browsing though the minor league rosters tonight, and imagine my surprise to find that we have a CF in AA with a slash mark of .383.484.867? Archie Gilbert the CF for the Senators has spent 5 years in the minors all very successful with OBPs above well-above .350, except one slump in 2010 where he posted .247/.333/.396. Yet, it appears he has never had a call-up. For an organization hunting a lead-off CF, why wouldn't you give this guy a look? I have no defensive stats for him, so that could be the problem. Does anyone else know?
