Something about that just doesn't sound right

Hope he pitches better in DC than he did in Syracuse
But calling him up makes sense – they have to see what they have/whether they have anything in him. Hopefully he’s better than Gorzelanny has been. I think I’d move Gorzo to the bullpen for a bit, but that’s just me.
Tough day for him today.
He gave up 5 runs in 5 Innings today. It is 2 days before the Non-wavier trade deadline. There could be a trade that opens a place on the 25 Man-roster.
They also have to call him up or release him
I think they have 30 days from his first rehab start to recall or DFA. Someone will have to go down/on the DL to open a spot on the 25-man roster. Any word on who this will be?

Sweet I get to see Wang's debut live
Hopefully it isn’t a total debacle.

So Gorzelanny moves out of the rotation? Or someone else?

Lets hope we don't see Oliver Perez any time soon.
He pitched Friday night in Richmond and was turrible. Was in the 60s and 70s on the gun all night.

And to remind the Mets every day that they are paying $12M for him to pitch badly for us at AA.

That's good enough reason for me
If the Mets are paying, then keep him (in the minors).

Isn't he impeding some other more deserving player's progress?
Is the Nats’ organization that depleted, still?

Judging from recent events
The Nationals’ view of how quickly a prospect should be advanced is not universally shared in the community :-)
I doubt it
I’d figure him as organizational filler, rounding out Harrisburg’s roster.

Seems like a pointless waste of space to me,
but then again I’ve never cared much for OD as a concept.
