Could it be that the Marlins pitching staff does particularly well against free swingers?
Like the banjo hitting Royals were able to hit Strasburg last year. If they want to be a first division team they’re going to have to adjust and beat these guys.

Question...
Why does the boxscore show 3 ER against Malone? He left with the bases loaded in the 5th (one out)… Stammen got the first batter to pop out and threw the ball away to the next batter… then that batter got out. Shouldn’t that be an unearned run?
Overall… great game Nats… Praying for 81 wins!!!

If we tie the dodgers record-wise… how do they determine who gets the higher draft pick next year? Are head-to-head matchups factored into that decision?
