I am a bit slow I guess, since I frequently forget what the various statistical abbreviations actually stand for and how to interpret them. Also, it would be real nice to have all the relevant links to web sources for baseball data. So I propose the following;

Please reply to this post with the web links you use to look stats up. And if someone could point me to the abbreviations decoder on the web or list as many as possible with some guidance on their usefulness I promise to put all of it together in a neat, useful format as a reference for anyone visiting our site to use. Perhaps Patrick would allow such a reference guide to have a link spot on the home page.
