Does Bryce Harper Deserve to be in 2012 Home Run Derby?

Over the weekend, the NL team captain for the Home Run Derby, Matt Kemp, decided to not invite the power hitting phenom to be invited into the All Star game in Kansas City. Instead, he picked his fellow team mate Andre Eithier. This sparked many ideas on whether Harper is still too young or if he is not ready. Many loyal Nat fans would disagree with Kemp's, but there are reasons to agree with it. Adding Harper to the NL Derby team would cause a lot of buzz aroung the league, but are the expectations too high? Even though the Derby does not count towards anything in the future season, it still puts a mood of competition for the best power hitting players clashing against each other. Of course, many Nat fans would say that this is a "clown question", but be honest. Does Bryce deserver the higher rank of being one of today's top power hitters?
