Nationals Park Info For A Visting Fan?

Hey folks, this is Brandon C. manager of the Yankees SB Nation site Pinstripe Alley. Next Saturday I will be going to the Yankees at Nationals 1 PM game, and as I'm sure you would expect I am very excited. In the past when I went to visit a ballpark I've never been to I would just wing it, but given the terrific wealth of knowledge that SB Nation users have, I'd appreciate some answers from you folks!

-When at the Stadium, where is the best place to eat lunch? Is there a food court? I want to eat inside the Stadium, so I would like suggestions inside. How expensive is the food?

-I will be arriving at 12 for a 1 PM game, is there anything specific I should check out? Any ballpark features or monuments or anything?

-When can I expect the races to take place?

-Is there anything else outside of the game itself I should be looking for? Of course I am going for the game itself, but the bonus' are nice!

-Any educated guesses on who will pitch for the Nationals next Saturday?

-Are there elevators in the ballpark? If so, are they available for anyone? Where are they?

Thank you very much, and any other information/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
