I see Adam Larouche has said to take a tip from what you were told to do in Little League, wait for the high one and swing and hope for the best! I think Adam is the best hitter for technique on the team. I would throw out one more suggestion from Little League i learned. To help with getting the high one, move up in the box to catch the ball before it really does it's thing. Even at 83mph most of the Nats should be able to get the bat around even on Dickey's occasional fast ball. I noticed a few of the Nats did just that the last time they faced Dickey, but some continue to stay deep in the box where the knuckled is a much more moving object, especially down some where. if there's any kind of crosswind, expect the ball to break withe wind!
