Yes, it's true. The nemesis of one Theodore Roosevelt will be competing in the life-and-death contests known as the Presidents Races at Nationals Park. That person? William Howard Taft.
Now that Teddy has won a contest (without cheating), there has to be a new last-place contestant. Since Taft is a rookie, he has never won a race. Thus, he currently holds the worst record in the history of Nats Park, 0-0.
