Nationals Fans-
Yet to be widely announced, the Nationals have cut our Red Carpets Rewards benefits by 80%. As a season ticket holder since 2005, I feel like this is a huge slap in the face. They were willing to give good benefits to us all the way up until the team has a winning record, then they cut them by 80% for the people who have been the most loyal to them? What a joke. I'm hopeful that we can get some momentum through this blog or other influential online means, so that the team rethinks their position and restore some (if not all) of the benefits. Check your Red Carpet Rewards redemption levels for the season--you'll see that tickets that used to cost 50 or 100 points to redeem now cost either 500 points (or in the case of home plate box seats, 1,500 points!!). If you have a full season plan, and you want decent tickets (in the upper 100 level), you can now get a total of 8 free tickets for the season. That's it. Be sure to tweet this, comment here, post in your own blogs, and above all contact the team to voice your displeasure. Thanks for reading.
