Maybe I'm being unrealistic, but I find my experience with TicketsNow somewhat lacking:
Once my wife's work schedule came out, we discovered we could attend the 3/3 game. I used the "Tickets" tab on FBb, and ended up ordering from TicketsNow on 3/13. When I hadn't heard anything by the 28th, I decided to check. Following the link on the email, I tried to log into the TicketsNow site, but it did not recognize my email (despite their having sent me messages to that account). I then called (0930 EDT) and spoke with a rep. The rep checked with the seller, and reported back that the tickets were being shipped that day, and that she had upgraded me to UPS next day. On 3/29 I received an email that the tickets were being shipped that day (not the day before as promised). I got back on the phone with TicketsNow. At first the rep said that the seller probably didn't get the order request in time to get it to the UPS dropbox for pickup on 3/28. When I pointed out I'd received verbal assurance at 0930 am, he had no answer. He confirmed that I had UPS next day, but that there was no Saturday delivery, so they'd arrive Monday. He also had no answer as to whether a signature was required (which would mean I'd have to hunt down the UPS location and pick them up).
After some thought, I posted a complaint on the TicketsNow "Contact Us" page. Saturday, I received the following response:
Dear Valued Customer,
Thank you for contacting us. I am showing that the Estimated Ship date for your tickets is the day of the game (4.3.13) This date was provided on the Website prior to placing your order as well as the order form and Invoice. A signature is not required on our UPS Packages so your tickets should be left by the front door when they are delivered on the 1st of April. In the Terms and Conditions, which you stated you read and agreed to at the time the order was submitted, all this information is provided to you under Section 8 labeled Ticket Delivery. It also states that your expected Ticket arrival date is based on the actual date we ship the order. For Example; if you choose “One Day Shipping” you will get your tickets one business day after the seller ships the tickets and not necessarily one business day after you place your order. TicketsNow guarantees that you will receive your tickets in time for the event. If you have any further questions or concerns pleas do not hesitate to contact a Customer Care Representative at 1(800) 927-2770.
Beyond the inherent illogic of a ship date the same day of the game, the response seems a bit lacking. Or am I expecting too much? Regardless, I think I've made my last foray unto the reseller market. Any savings off what the Nats charge at the box office or on-line isn't worth the angst.
