- Power-hitting shortstops in Colorado: Ian Desmond (+31.2) is 5-5 with a two-run blast in the 4th to get the Nats on the board (+17.5%).
- Your disapproval makes me hit: Danny Espinosa (+11.0%) is 2-4 with a walk, an RBI double to keep the 4th-inning rally going (+7.9%), and a RBI triple in the 9th to pad his stats (+2.3%).
- Big out: Aaron Barrett (+12.7%) gets a shutdown by striking out the last batter in the 6th to defuse Fister's bases-loaded jam.
