It rained, it poured, appeared like it was clearing up and then it poured again and after waiting around two and a half hours for a window to play tonight's game, the Washington Nationals announced the second game of two with their regional rivals from Baltimore was postponed. Tonight's game will be made up on August 4th on what was supposed to be an off day for the Nationals between series with the New York Mets and Philadelphia Phillies.

The Nats and the Orioles will make the Interleague matchup up on August 4th according to the following tweet from the Nationals:

The Nationals did sent out an email with the following information for ticket holders for tonight's game:
"Fans with game tickets to tonight’s postponed contest may use their original tickets for the rescheduled game on August 4. Those unable to attend the game on August 4 can exchange their tickets for any game during the 2014 regular season. Exchanged tickets will be issued from available inventory in the closest pricing category of equal or lesser value to the original seats.*"
* = No refunds. All postponed game exchanges are subject to availability and exclude any potential tie-breaker or postseason games.
Bud Norris, who was scheduled to start for Baltimore tonight will reportedly start for the Orioles tomorrow as well:
