Rizzo talks Strasburg on 106.7 the FAN in D.C.

Mike Rizzo talked about Stephen Strasburg's rough night in Miami during an appearance on 106.7 the FAN in D.C. with Danny Rouhier and Grant Paulsen. Rizzo's not concerned about Strasburg's velocity, but he said the right-hander's command is off.
