Prosecutors, Bodes' belle assent to plea agreement:
Joy Browning, 36, must complete 25 hours of community service and attend an anger management class for the charges to be dropped. Wearing her engagement ring, Browning refused to comment outside court, except to say she and Bowden were still together.
. . . Browning was also arrested for allegedly striking a police officer twice after she was charged with battery on Bowden, who had scratches on his cheek and ear. Their attorney has said his clients "vehemently deny" there was any domestic battery or abuse in the incident.
The article does not mention when Bowden faces trial for DUI and a traffic violation. He pled not guilty, of course.
