MLB.com's Bill Ladson reported last night in an article entitled, "Balester to make Major League debut", that the Montreal Expos 4th Round pick, 144th overall in 2004, will make his Major League debut Tuesday night against Florida, in the second of the Nationals' three-game series with the Marlins.
