Eric SanInocencio Of Baseball Daily Digest...With A Mystery?

Some of you who have been around here for a while might remember Eric SanInocencio of Baseball Daily Digest from the great interviews he's done with DC's '08 First Round Draft pick Aaron Crow and the Nationals' '09 #1 overall pick Stephen Strasburg before Strasburg had started the '09 campaign with SDSU. Mr. SanInocencio sent me a link yesterday to an article he published recently that I thought you might find interesting. Here's a quick description of a player Mr. SanInocencio came across while playing college ball, see if you can guess who it is...(the link to the article is after the quote):

"...Let these numbers sink in for a moment. .489 batting average, 15 home runs, .863 slugging percentage, and a 43-to-30 walk to strikeout ratio. For those without a calculator handy, that made for a .585 on-base percentage, and an overall OPS of 1.448. Despite the level of competition, that’s amazing. To top it all off, he stole 27 bases, so you couldn’t even intentionally walk him. All this as a shortstop. Wow."
