• I'll be on the road back to NJ by the time the XM All-Star Futures Game gets underway, but I figured I'd set up a quick space to chat for anyone who's watching the game. According to reports out of Arizona, the Nats' 2010 no. 1 overall pick Bryce Harper (who was named Baseball America's no.1 prospect on their most recent list), will be batting second (or third?) for the US squad who'll take on the World All-Star prospects. In addition to Harper, Washington's '06 41st Round pick Brad Peacock, (10-2), 2.01 ERA, 1.87 FIP, 11.77 K/9, who was no. 42 Baseball America's list, will reportedly pitch the second inning for the U.S. team.
