Marlins' RHP Jose Fernandez: SB Nation's 2013 NL Best Rookie

Miami Marlins' starter Jose Fernandez was (1-0) with a 0.69 ERA, five walks and 13 Ks against the Washington Nationals this season. Both voters from Federal Baseball and the majority of the SB Nation's writers named Fernandez's the NL's Best Rookie in 2013.

The SB Nation's baseball writers voted on our own version of the Rookie of the Year, the NL Best Rookie for 2013. We made our choices a few weeks back and the results of the voting were published today.
