  • That's better: Doug Fister (+23.2%) gives up a single ER, fanning six and walking no one over 7 IP. Nice.
  • Still hitting, I see: Jayson Werth (+20.3%) is 2-3 with a walk and a game-tying solo shot in the 7th (+20.5%).
  • Setup man: Tyler Clippard (+10.2%) throws a clean aeyth with 2 Ks for a shutdown.
  • Setup man, part 2: Anthony Rendon (+14.7%) has the biggest WPA play on the day, doubling to put runners 2nd/3rd with no outs in the ninth (+24.0%).
  • Cashing in: Ian Desmond (+10.7%) comes through with the bases-loaded, two-RBI single to put the Nats ahead in the 9th.
