We're already in the process of voting for the Hitter of the Year and Pitcher of the Year in Major League Baseball and the Defensive Play of the Year by a Washington Nationals' defender (You can still vote through the links below!), and now it's time to pick the Nationals' Best Bat Flip or Celebration of the Year for 2015.
Do any of the Nats flip bats? "Yes," is the answer, and if I was on television where they repeat everything they say for emphasis I would add, "Yes, they do."
There were a couple of celebrations that are worthy of awards too if anyone were silly enough to give out awards for things like that...
I mean, just start with Max Scherzer and Wilson Ramos, who ran toward each other and went through their elaborate hand-slapping and blow-it-up routine after each of Scherzer's no-hitters.
"As soon as you catch it, go to [Ramos] and let's do our handshake," Scherzer said in September, when asked about his thoughts immediately after completing his second no-no of his first season in D.C.
"We've got our little handshake we do before every game, do it after any time you get a complete game, do it with Willy."
In case you missed it, each time they did it, here are Scherzer and Ramos doing their handshake followed by the other nominees we selected for the Best Bat Flip or Celebration of the Year for 2015.
And please make suggestions if we missed any flips or celebrations in the comments section below and we can add them to the poll:
Max Scherzer and Wilson Ramos after no-hitter no.1:
Max Scherzer and Wilson Ramos after no-hitter no.2:
Wilson Ramos watches, does more of a bat drop than a flip, gets showered with bubble gum:
Bryce Harper watches walk-off winner, tosses bat dismissively, Jayson Werth rips his jersey off:
Bryce Harper hits no.41, watches, shoots it down, celebrates with teammates:
Michael Taylor walk-off + bucket of filth + jersey rip:
Mr. Walk-off, Ryan Zimmerman bounces a walk-off winner off foul pole vs Yankees:
Dan Uggla HR vs Braves debut, chocolate syrup celebration:
Clint Robinson 1st MLB HR + silent treatment in dugout:

[ed. note - "Once you've voted for 2015's Bat Flip or Celebration of the Year for the Washington Nationals below, we're going to ask you to do more again! Up next is the voting for the Best Breakage of Unwritten Rules in 2015... What the heck does that mean you ask? Who says, "Breakage?" you ask. Once again, we need nominees so we can add "breakages" to the poll for tomorrow's voting so's it's not just our writers and editors (or me really) behind the scenes here at FBB deciding all of the nominees. To nominate a "breakage?", just post a comment below with (Nomination: [Breakaging]), and the unwritten rule breakage to get the most nomination/recs will be added to tomorrow's poll so we can vote as a site and pick the Best Breakage of Unwritten Rules of the Year. But right now it's time to vote for the Best Bat Flip/Celebration of the Year by a National in 2015?"]
