Taylor Jordan is getting the nod this afternoon as the Washington Nationals take on the St. Louis Cardinals in Grapefruit League action from Jupiter, Florida's Roger Dean Stadium.

The good news for today? Ryan Zimmerman is back in the lineup for today's 1:05 PM EDT matchup with the Cards.

Zimmerman, 30, injured his side on a diving play at first base last week and he sat out a few games while resting up. After an injury-plagued 2014 campaign, the Nationals need Zimmerman to stay healthy now that he's taken over at first base in the nation's capital.

Zimmerman went through a full batting practice and workout at first yesterday before he was reinserted in the lineup today.

Here's the lineup that will take on the Cards:

Michael Taylor leading off again? Is that where he'll be on Opening Day, or will the 23-year-old outfielder end up down in the order? 7th? 8th? What does the future hold for Dan UgglaWe looked into that yesterday. Clint Robinson gets another look today. Ian Stewart and Tony Gwynn, Jr. too.

Taylor Jordan, who is likely ticketed for Triple-A Syracuse to start the season, makes his second start and fifth appearance in Grapefruit League action.

In his previous four outings, the 26-year-old, sinker-balling right-hander has given up seven hits, two walks and three earned runs while holding opposing hitters to a .233 BAA in eight innings.

Here's the Cardinals' lineup Taylor will face at the start this afternoon:
