NN was serving up meatballs all night, asymmetric umpiring aside. The Nats couldn't do enough with the bats anyway, so whatevs.

(What do these graphs mean?)

  • Qualifying offer would look pretty good, amirite? Jordan Zimmermann (-37.6%) gets jobbed on a few calls, no doubt, but he gives up a bunch of dingers all on his own, letting in 5 runs over (one of) 6 IP on 7 Ks and 2 walks.
  • Why even give us hope, man? That's cruel: Anthony Rendon (+14.0%) hits a solo shot just left of straightaway center in the first for a short-lived lead (+11.7%).
  • Seriously, stop taunting us with this: Yunel Escobar (+0.1%) hits a solo shot of his own with one out in the 6th to pad his stats (+4.0%).
