Wire Taps: Bryce Harper day to day; Nationals' lineup clicking; Gio Gonzalez gets a haircut

So many different things happened last night, from an almost-homer from Ryan Zimmerman, to Bryce Harper being thrown out at first on a fly ball, to Harper getting injured, to Jonathan Papelbon's nail-biting save, but at least we were all reminded of one thing that has been true from day one - Daniel Murphy, is really, really good. Like, ".400 average heading into June" good.

If the lineup clicks, it could get very hot, very fast
On Sunday, the Nationals got lots of production from all parts of the lineup. If that continues, it could be a hot, hot summer for the Nationals - and in a good way.

Harper left the game in the seventh inning on Monday, after taking a pitch dead on to the knee.

Gio's hair is gone (for a good cause)
(First, a moment of silence for Gonzalez's locks.) The lefty donated his curls to Locks of Love, an organization that donates hairpieces to children that have any medical condition which causes them to lose hair.

Wilson Ramos' daughter was key to his 4-RBI day against the Cardinals
Thanks to his daughter's keen eye for highlights, Ramos was able to push four across the plate on Sunday, including a two-run home run.
