The Nats are finally a few hours closer to eastern time - thank goodness. In that last "Late Night Nats" stint, Washington went 2-5.

Here's the news from Milwaukee (thankfully).

The Nats gained a lot by playing Danny Espinosa
Mike Rizzo and Dusty Baker's patience with Espinosa turned him into a (more) valuable trade chip for later this season, or at least raised his confidence for the rest of the year.

An unfortunate gaffe raised a lot of questions about the young outfielder's future.

The Democratic side of the stands at Nationals Park were chanting "FIL-I-BUSTER" (clap clap clap clap clap).

Michael A. Taylor's gaffe just latest in long list
From balls thrown into the stands, to missed extra points, to, yes, Nook Logan... Washington sports, amiright?
