Is it too early to start fixing the bullpen? Sure, Shawn Kelley, Koda Glover, and Sammy Solis will all eventually return, but it’s obvious more help is needed over here.

While we wait for a miracle, here’s the news from Nats Park.

Matt Wieters, once the Orioles' savior, plays his old team as a National
Matt Wieters is expected to do good things as a National, but nobody is expecting him to light the world on fire. A few years back, that wasn't exactly the case in Baltimore.

Cole gets Thursday start; Glover begins rehab
Koda Glover will begin pitching for Class AA Harrisburg today.

It's official: Dusty Baker's bullpen is a nightmare for Nationals
"Like Baker said, leaving Scherzer in to face Jones, as well as the next guy (Manny Machado, for the record, who flied out to left) isn’t what cost his team the game."

Scherzer did everything but win the game with season-high eight innings
"Scherzer felt a key to his success against the Orioles on Tuesday night was his off-speed pitches, especially his slider and changeup."

Harper is healthy and homering
Bryce Harper got an un-needed weekend off due to a groin injury, but now that he's back... he's back.
