Over the past few days, I have seen the Unpopular Opinion meme popping up on my Twitter timeline.

I thought I was missing out on all the fun, so I decided to start a 2018 Unpopular Opinions list: Washington Nationals Edition based on the unpopular opinions of the FBB staff and fans on Twitter.

Let’s see how it goes…

FBB STAFF UNPOPULAR OPINIONS:

Ryan McFadden: The Washington Nationals should be really concerned about the Braves. They have young talent, solid pitching, and have proven to be a big test for the Nats.

Matt Weyrich: Sammy Solis is a pretty good reliever. He has good numbers against lefties and has been used more often than anyone else in the Nationals’ bullpen. It’s about using him the right way.

Will Kubzansky: When everyone’s healthy, move Bryce Harper to first. Thank Ryan Zimmerman for his years of service, and then roll with the Eaton-Soto-Taylor outfield for the season (Eaton-Soto-Robles if things keep trending the way they are).

NATIONALS FANS ON TWITTER HAVE UNPOPULAR OPINIONS:

Just to recap: Soto/Robles is the future, Bryce Harper isn’t worth the cash, and hitting is a MAJOR problem.
